How can I update my address?
Log in to your Maison Eira account, go to “Addresses,” and edit the one you wish to update. Don’t forget to hit “Save.”
How do I view my orders?
Once logged in, click on “Orders” to view your current and past orders.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any email. Please allow up to 30 days for changes to take effect.
Is my personal information confidential?
Absolutely. Your data is private and never shared without your consent or unless required by law.
What if I forget my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the sign-in page. We'll send you a link to reset it.
Is the tree exactly as shown in the photos?
Yes, the tree you see in the photos is exactly what you’ll receive, snowy, pre-lit, and pre-decorated for instant elegance.
How easy is it to set up the tree?
It takes just minutes! Our pop-up tree is designed to unfold in one motion. No tools required, no hassle.
Does the tree come with a warranty?
We don't offer a formal warranty. However, if your tree arrives damaged or faulty, we'll handle it with priority and care. Please contact us at info@maisoneira.com.
Do you offer other models?
We currently offer one exclusive model.
How do I place and pay for an order?
Simply add your product to the cart, head to checkout, choose your shipping and payment method, and confirm your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
What does pre-order mean?
Pre-ordering means reserving your product before the festive season officially begins. Orders placed early are secured and prioritized, guaranteeing you receive your tree on time for the holidays. Shipping starts in October.
When do I need to pay for pre-ordered items?
Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of purchase. This ensures your product is reserved and prepared with care for timely delivery once the season opens.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, please email us at info@maisoneira.com, and we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We’re unable to ship to multiple addresses within a single order. To send products to more than one location, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
How do I track my order?
Once your parcel ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also track your order by logging into your account under “Orders.”
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna.
When is my card charged?
Your card is charged at the time of purchase.
Why was my payment declined?
Payment errors can occur for various reasons. Please contact your bank or card issuer for assistance.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount or offer can be applied per order.
What is your return policy?
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order, or before December 25th, whichever comes first, for a full refund. Your products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How do I start my return?
Please email us at info@maisoneira.com with your order number and briefly explain the reason for your return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
