How can I change or update my address?
The Maison Eira website allows you to update your information at any time. Simply log in to your Maison Eira account using your email address and password, and click on “Addresses.” Select the address you wish to update, click "Edit" to make the necessary changes and click "Save" for your new address to appear in your account.
How can I check my orders with Maison Eira?
Once you have logged in to your Maison Eira account with your email address and password, click “Orders” to view your current and previous orders placed online with Maison Eira.
How do I unsubscribe from Maison Eira emails?
If you would like to unsubscribe from our emails, simply click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of each email. Please allow up to 30 days for your request to take effect.
Is my personal information confidential?
Your privacy is important to us. All of your information is kept private and confidential and is only shared with your consent or as permitted by law.
What do I do if I forget the password to my Maison Eira account?
If you forget your Maison Eira password, simply go to the “Sign in” page on the website and click “Forgot Password.” An email will then be sent to you with instructions that can be easily followed to create a new password and log in to your account.
Are the dimensions and sizes accurate?
Yes, the dimensions we present are very reliable, as they are the information given to us by our suppliers.
Are the product photos true to life?
Yes, our products are photographed in the studio under professional conditions (either by our suppliers or by us), and we pay particular attention to the restitution of colors so that they are as close as possible to reality. However, the rendering of real colors and textures may vary slightly on computer screens, tablets, or smartphones because not all screens are calibrated in the same way.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
We do not offer a warranty on our products, but we will consider damages on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service by email at info@maisoneira.com in the case of a damaged or faulty item.
How do I order and pay?
Once you have browsed our product collection and found something you like, add it to your cart by clicking "Add to Cart," and then continue browsing other products or proceed to checkout. You will then receive an email confirming your order before we begin preparing it for shipment.
Which shipping methods are available, and what are the costs?
All available shipping options for your order and to your destination will be displayed at checkout. Please note that additional charges may apply to remote areas.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email at info@maisoneira.com, specifying your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to change or cancel it.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Unfortunately, we can only ship to one address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order. You can also track your order by logging in to your Maison Eira account and viewing your order history under the “Orders” tab.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, and Klarna.
Please note that the billing address you provide when ordering must match the address provided by your financial institution for all credit card purchases.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time of purchase.
Why was my payment declined?
For security and confidentiality reasons, the reasons why your payment was declined are not disclosed to us. Please contact your financial institution or card issuer to resolve any payment issues.
Can i use more than one discount?
