Where We Ship
We currently ship across Canada and the United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut). Please note we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipping Options & Timing
Choose between standard and express shipping at checkout.
– Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) unless otherwise stated on the product page.
– Delivery window: 1–7 business days, depending on your region.
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel begins its journey so you always know when to expect the sparkle.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select.
Signature Delivery
A signature is required upon delivery for all orders because your holiday treasures deserve nothing less.
Need to make a change?
Please email us at info@maisoneira.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate. Once your parcel is on the way, changes are no longer possible.
Important Note
Before placing your order, please take a moment to verify your shipping address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it is unclaimed or refused at delivery, original shipping fees will not be refunded. Return shipping costs may also be deducted from your refund.
RETURN POLICY
At Maison Eira, your holiday happiness is at the heart of everything we do. If a product isn't right for you, we've made returns simple and easy.
Return Window
You may return products within 14 days of receiving your order, or before December 25th, whichever comes first, for a full refund.
How to Initiate a Return
Please email us at info@maisoneira.com with your order number and briefly explain the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and step-by-step instructions.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a refund, your products must be:
– In perfect condition and in their original packaging
– Unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and undamaged
– Returned with all included accessories and documentation
Return shipping is at your expense unless the product arrived damaged.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@maisoneira.com. Kindly include your order number and photos showing the damage. We'll arrange a return and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
