Maison Eira will deliver the products you order to the address provided in your order within Canada and the United States, except for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and Nunavut.

Items are shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the order date, unless stated otherwise on the product page. During sale periods or promotions, shipments may take longer. Delivery times are generally 1 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that the delivery times stated should be used as a guide only. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, Maison Eira is not responsible for any delays once the package is with the carrier.

All our shipments require a signature on receipt and can be tracked using the tracking information sent with your shipping confirmation. We are not able to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email to info@maisoneira.com as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping cost depends on the destination country and the weight/volume of the package. You will be able to view the cost online at the end of your order before confirming it. Please note that United States customs duties may apply and are your responsibility.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving them or prior to December 25th (whichever comes first), for a full refund.

To request a return, please contact us by email at info@maisoneira.com with your order number.

Maison Eira will authorize the return by sending you an email confirmation within 1 to 2 business days containing a return authorization number and instructions to follow to ship the merchandise. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Products must be returned in their original condition and in the original packaging in which they were delivered. Any product that has been used, installed, or damaged will not be accepted or eligible for a refund. Maison Eira reserves the right to refuse the return of any products that do not meet the return and refund eligibility criteria stated above. 

Please also retain all documentation and accessories to fulfill eligibility. 

Sale items and candles cannot be returned.

All returns of Maison Eira products will be processed within 5 business days once the products have been received by Maison Eira. Refunds for purchases made using credit cards will be issued on the same card used to make the payment.

Please note that shipping charges and customs duties, if applicable are non-refundable. 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event that a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service by email at info@maisoneira.com within 2 business days of receipt with your order number and photographs of the item(s) and packaging showing the issue.
